Word Wizards

Türkiye’den 9, Romanya’dan 1, Litvanya’dan 2, Polonya’dan 1 ve Portekiz’den 1 ortak olmak üzere toplamda 14 öğretmen ve 109 öğrenci ile yürütülen projenin amacı; yabancı dilde kelime öğrenmenin önemi ile ilgili farkındalığı artırmak ve kelime öğrenmeyi eğlenceli hale getirmek.

Okulumuzdan 10 öğrencinin yer aldığı projede öğrencilerin 21.yüzyıl becerilerinden olan “medya okuryazarlığı, iletişim ve işbirliği, takım çalışması, kültürler arası iletişim, bilgi ve iletişim teknolojileri araç ve gereçleri kullanım becerilerini geliştirmek hedefleniyor.

Projenin dili İngilizce olduğu için öğrenciler yabancı dildeki 4 temel beceriyi (reading, writing, listening, speaking) geliştirme fırsatı bulacak.

Proje sürecinde yapacakları etkinlikler ve sunumlar ile Web2.0 ve Web3.0 araçlarını tanımış ve aktif bir şekilde kullanmış olacaklar.

The purpose of our project is to make word learning fun for students, to ensure permanent learning, to create opportunities for them to use the words they have learned.

1 – to provide our students with creative training environments

2 - to improve our students' vocabulary learning skills.

3 - making vocabulary learning fun

4 - to create opportunities for them to practice the words they may encounter in everyday life

5 - improve digital skills using WEB 2.0 tools in vocabulary learning

6 - to enable them to socialize from different languages and cultures using English with their peers.

7 - to increase the skills of our students' cooperation.

8 - to ensure students are actively involved in the process of finding solutions to vocabulary learning problems.

9 - Developing communication and collaboration, media literacy and teamwork skills (21st Century Skills)
